Scheduling Your Appointment.
We often experience high levels of business flow, therefore you should make your reservation well in advance. We suggest, 1-2 weeks in advance for daytime appointments, 6 - 8 weeks in advance for evening and weekend appointments. We also have a cancellation list, which we can put your name on, and will call you if we receive any cancellations.

Appointment Reservations.
Services are reserved by appointment. A valid credit card number with expiry date or gift card number is required to guarantee your reservation, at the time of booking.

Arrival.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Arriving late will cheat you out of precious minutes from your full treatment. Remember, your treatment will end on time to ensure that our next client is not delayed, regardless of how late you arrive.

Cancellations.
When you book a service or package, a time is reserved especially, for you. Many guests await hopefully for their chance to book an appointment due to cancellations, your consideration is appreciated. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. 48 hours notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any Pearl Whitening Session or any package or service over one (1) hour. Guests who fail to honor this policy, will be charged 50% of the cost of all treatments booked and this charge will be applied to the credit card or gift card you provided at the time of your booking. Booking an appointment is acknowledgement of these terms.

Gift Certificates.
Chere Gaterie Nail Spa & Esthetique Studio gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift Certificates should be used within six months of purchase. After that time they convert to actual paid value. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. Chere Gaterie Nail Spa & Esthetique Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. In order to protect gift card identity, please have 2 forms of ID available when redeeming. Instant Gift Certificates with a valid Authorization Code and they may be redeemed for any of our products or services, except as noted above, provided that payment has been received.

Product Returns.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and we will graciously accept returned facial care products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please bring the item back with your original sales receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. After 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. Please note that designer inspired handbags, boots, shoes, shapewear and other accessories are a final sale and cannot be returned. All sale items are a final sale.

Prices.
Chere Gaterie Nail Spa & Esthetique Studio, reserves the right to modify pricing and/or services at any time, without notice.

Payments.
For your convenience we accept Master Card, Visa, Direct Debit, and cash. We do not accept personal cheques.
