Do Eyelash Extensions damage natural lashes? Properly applied semi-permanent eyelash extensions do not cause damage to natural lashes..

The best way to answer this question is to show you.   Kara wanted eyelash extensions for the summer. She wore her extensions for approximately 5 months.

Will Eyelash Extensions damage my natural lashes?

One picture is Kara before Eyelash Extensions.  The other picture is after Eyelash Extensions.

I posted this picture on my  Facebook Page.  I asked my fans if they could guess which was before and which was after Eyelash Extensions.

Kara before and after Eyelash Extensions.

Did you guess?  #1 is after Eyelash Extensions.  Kara’s natural lashes look healthier after wearing Eyelash Extensions for 5 months.

How is that possible?   Before Eyelash Extensions your natural lashes go through a lot.  To get  full, dark, luscious natural lashes many clients:

  • Curl their natural lashes.
  • Apply multiple coats of mascara.
  • Aggresively remove mascara at the end of the day.
  • Many clients do not remove the mascara at all.

After wearing Eyelash Extensions for 5 months, Kara’s lash health improved. With Eyelash Extensions, natural lashes escape the daily harsh routine of mascara and curling.

Properly applied semi-permanent eyelash extensions do not cause damage to natural lashes.

Properly applied, eyelash extensions are weightless. Single synthetic eyelash extensions are applied individual to each natural lash.  The right technique and training are essential if you want a safe and beatiful set of eyelash extensions.

Stephanie came to me after she had Eyelash Extensions done by another Lash Technician in Regina.  These lash extensions were done incorrectly.  As you can see from the picture below, her extensions were not applied individually to each natural lash.
